Settings
Go to JetixWP → Featured Video → Analytics.

Choosing a shorter period deletes older days when you save. This cannot be undone.
About country, device, and referrer:
- Country is recorded only when your host or CDN sends a country header, such as Cloudflare or Amazon CloudFront. Otherwise it shows as Unknown.
- Device is desktop, mobile, or tablet, based on the browser.
- Referrer is the name of the referring site, or Direct.
- IP addresses and full page addresses are not stored, and nothing is sent to another service. Mention it in your privacy notice if needed.
Extra report features
Go to JetixWP → Video Tools → Analytics. PRO adds:
- Date range: presets for 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, or All time, plus custom From and To dates, within your “Keep counts for” period.
- Compare: compares with the previous period.
- Average watch and Completion cards, and Watch time and Completion columns in the video table.
- How far people watched: the share of plays that reached 25%, 50%, 75%, and the end.
- Countries, Devices, and Referring sites lists, when that setting is on.
- Export CSV: downloads
video-analytics.csvfor the selected range, with Title, Kind, Source, Views, Plays, Play rate, Watch seconds, and Completion.
If you delete RSFV PRO, the data PRO recorded is removed and history goes back to the free 14-day limit.
