If you’re having an issue while using our products, here’s one of the best ways to troubleshoot plugin issues –

  1. From your wp-admin Dashboard, go to Plugins page.
  2. And then try deactivating each plugin one by one and check for the issue after every deactivation.
  3. If you see the issue gone/unavailable after deactivating a certain plugin, this could mean two things either that is the plugin which caused it OR this plugin had a conflict between some other plugin.
  4. So the next best bet is to find the error logs if you have an easy access to it, and then share it with our support.
  5. You can contact our priority support via the Account page.
